The West Australian winter of 2015 saw three massive low pressure systems merge together in the Southern Ocean subsequently producing what has now come to be known as the “Swell of the Decade”. During a multi-day session at one of the world’s heaviest waves, The Right, Tim Campbell captured this photograph which went on that year to claim the Surfline Photo of the Year award.
